Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"This is my boyfriend’s favorite restaurant, and it was my first time trying it. I have to say — it was insanely delicious, especially the fish cake ramen broth (a must-try) and the buttery milk toast. The char siu egg rice was also excellent. The restaurant is located right at TST MTR, so it’s very convenient whenever cravings hit. I ended up eating here twice in just five days."
"Fish balls and fish cakes are incredibly delicious and also one of the restaurant’s recommended dishes. You can order them without vegetables; just let the staff know."
"The restaurant is just a walking distance from the hostel we stayed at. It was easily found since it’s right by the road. The restaurant is very spacious however it’s packed as it is quite known among locals and tourists. The staff are also accommodating. The food was served quick. It’s my 2nd Hongkong meal so I wasn’t certain if it’s the best. However, basing on my taste buds, it was okay. They had chili which was a plus. I liked my meal. I liked my drink even more - hotel lemon tea."
"Tsui Wah restaurant is a must visit place to savour the authentic local delicacy. From barbecued pork with scramble egg rice to Baked pork chop and prune with spaghetti / fried rice and Malaysian Laksa noodle, one can savour the nostalgic old HK flavour in a modern and creative fashion."
"Great food. I love tsui wah restaurant. Never miss to spend a meal at this restaurant everytime i come to Hong Kong."
"Food was good for the price. The staff was very kind and efficient. The place was very clean as well. For people who dont speak Chinese, they can provide a QR code that associates with your table, and its easy to order that way. If you order through the QR code, order the drink add on to your meal to make it cheaper than ordering the meal and drink seperate. My family and I ate here a few times since it was right next to where we were staying. Very convient Hong Kong Dennys!"
"Tsui Wah reinvented & back with a bang, better than ever, This new branch at TST delivers the best HK dishes by efficient staff."
"Tsui Wah has become so much upclass. The service by the 3-4 staff to my party were so polite and patient, like airline crew. Am I really in a Hong Kong cha chaan teng? The beef tenderloin cubes with fried rice that I have was simply yummy umami. The dishes that my party ordered received great praise too. I enjoyed my meal here and for a moment, it made me wonder why I wanna go other cha chaan tengs wHich are cramp, and might get rude treatment . And the prices are reasonable too. I will definitely come back for other dishes."
